Big news!  In our commitment to bridge cultures, we're releasing a Filipino-Tagalog translation of our book, A Wish for the Lost Dogs/ Hiling para sa mga Asong Walang Tahanan on March 22nd! 
The book and its companion song, "Sweetie Doggie," the lyrics of the song comes from the book excerpt. This story is about Joseph, a curious Filipino-Kiwi child and his dog named SWEETIE. His tale is a tribute to the joy a furry friend can bring and an invitation for kids to imagine the positive impact they can have on the world.
Joseph's story reflects the experience of many children of immigrants in Aotearoa, New Zealand, and around the world. By sharing it, we hope to foster a greater sense of belonging and pride for Filipino-Kiwi tamariki. We believe storytelling has the power to connect young hearts, and this translation is our way of empowering readers to cherish language as a tool for connection.
